Medical Devices / SaMD
Connect FDA-regulated devices and Software-as-a-Medical-Device to the clinical record. BridgeFast moves device output into the EHR and pulls context back — so your product lives where care happens.
The Problem
Every hospital runs a different EHR. Every EHR speaks a different dialect of HL7. And every time you sign a new customer, your team restarts the integration process from zero.
The result? Months lost. Engineers stretched thin. Revenue delayed. A sales team that can’t close fast enough because “the integration isn’t ready yet.”
What is Bridgefast
BridgeFast is a purpose-built, AI-powered solution for EHR integrations across Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth, MEDITECH, and more.
It comprises a cross-EHR authentication framework, prebuilt connectors, data mapping templates, and transformations engine — ready to deploy on day one.
SMART on FHIR authentication, token workflows, role-based access management, and secure credential handling pre-configured for healthcare environments.
Production-ready connectivity patterns for Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth, MEDITECH, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Veradigm and more.
Configure patient demographics, labs, medications, appointments, observations, and clinical records using reusable mapping templates and visual workflows.
Transform and route data as HL7 v2, FHIR R4, CDS Hooks, or DICOM across APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and applications.
Built-in error handling, audit logging, and alerting out of the box — no separate observability stack needed.
Everything you need to connect, map, transform, and deliver — pre-assembled and configurable.
BridgeFast handles the interoperability infrastructure underneath them.
How It Works
Select your target EHR. Authentication is pre-configured - no SMART on FHIR setup from scratch, no credential juggling.
Use the drag-and-drop UI to select exactly the data elements your application needs - demographics, labs, meds, appointments.
Choose your destination - API endpoint, database, cloud storage, or JSON. We handle HL7/FHIR translation and delivery.
The Full Picture
BridgeFast sits in the middle — authenticating, mapping, transforming, and routing data both ways.

Target Applications
If your product depends on patient data living inside a hospital's EHR — BridgeFast was built for you.
Connect FDA-regulated devices and Software-as-a-Medical-Device to the clinical record. BridgeFast moves device output into the EHR and pulls context back — so your product lives where care happens.
Your devices generate data. BridgeFast gets that data into and out of EHRs bidirectionally, in real time — closing the loop between device and clinical record.
Embed directly into clinician workflows via CDS Hooks. BridgeFast manages the EHR-side plumbing, so your app surfaces at the right moment in the right context.
Eligibility, claims, prior auth — BridgeFast enables real-time access to the data your workflows depend on.
Aggregate normalized patient data across multiple EHRs without rebuilding pipelines for every system. One framework, consistent output format.
Every new customer shouldn't mean a new integration project. Make your hospital onboarding repeatable, scalable, and predictable from the first contract.
Supported Systems
If you are starting your integrations journey, we recommend piloting with one EHR first. This helps you test the waters and see what works best for you.
Don’t see the EHR you are looking for? Talk to us — we have worked across dozens of systems and can assess your integration requirements to support you in the best possible way.

Yes. HIPAA-compliant controls are built into the core BridgeFast components, given that it’s a non-negotiable requirement for a successful integration.
Currently, we are supporting Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH, NextGen, and Veradigm. If your target EHR isn’t listed, reach out — we can assess it quickly.
No, all we need is your technical and functional requirement specifications. Rest is taken care by our integration specialists. Our team also provides training to your staff as part of UAT and handover procedures, so that if you prefer, you can add/ enhance integrations by yourselves, without any dependency on us.
Our AI companion makes the configuration and mapping activity highly efficient and fun. Once the data requirements and the EHR API availability are established, building the interfaces and going live typically takes just a few weeks, if not days, depending on the number of interfaces required.
BridgeFast is available in both on-premises as well as the SaaS model. Depending on your product architecture and your preference, we can either deploy BridgeFast on-premises in your environment or enable your account on our multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Before starting the engagement, we conduct a discovery phase to understand your environment and determine the requirements. Depending on your preference, we can either deploy BridgeFast on-premises on your intranet or enable your account on our multi-tenant SaaS environment. As part of the engagement, we allocate a team of integration specialists to work with your product team and hospital IT support team to configure the interfaces, test them for desired functioning and provide support through the go-live procedures.
