Description:
Responsibilities: • Respond to and resolve user-submitted trouble tickets related to Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC).
• Communicate effectively with end users and internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Support end users with Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) issues by analyzing packet captures and logs.
• Configure and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), including log and analytics analysis.
• Configure and troubleshoot bypasses in ZIA PAC files and App Profiles.
• Manage and maintain SSL Inspection policies within ZIA.
• Update and manage web categories for content filtering in ZIA.
• Configure SIPA connections and ZPA gateways within ZIA.
• Configure and support Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) requests, including Access Policies, Application Segments, and Authentication Policies.
• Troubleshoot App Connectors and Private Service Edge components.
Must have skills
Prior experience in enterprise network security or zero-trust architecture.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident response workflows.
Hands-on experience with SSL Inspection and PAC file management.
Experience configuring SIPA connections and ZPA gateways.
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms within Zscaler.
Knowledge of troubleshooting advanced Zscaler components (App Connectors, Private Service Edge).
Strong analytical skills for interpreting Zscaler logs and analytics
