Job Responsibilities :

  • Build strategies for the overall Presales / Sales of the SBU and Marketing Goals.
  • Working with detailed plans & forecasts and maintain KPIs and metrics related to the targets
  • Taking responsibility for change or innovation as well as overseeing new services development
  • Achieving individual as well as group target
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information
  • Identify potential customers in the sale zone and develop a business development plan to reach them
  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets & revenues aligned yearly business plan & goal settings
  • Responsible for successfully driving & managing the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the delivery leaders
  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities for company are captured and explored
  • Effectively interact with other SBU presales / sales team including the account management and technical team when handing over deliveries ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale
  • Expert communication skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Key Pre-requisites:

  • Excellent communication skills in English – Written, Spoken, Reading and Listening (understanding).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Stream; preferably IT, Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Willingness to work in US Shifts (Night Shifts)
  • Local to Baroda or willing to relocate at own cost.
  • Immediate joiners.
