Responsibilities:

  • Should be capable in Planning Analyzing the Business opportunities.
  • Should have excellent skill in Designing Marketing Strategy, Branding and Promotion initiatives for the company and increasing marketing activities through application of Customer Value Management
  • Should have quality of Brand development, building Client network partnership, establishing lasting relationship with Institutional customers, conducting promotions at all levels. Should have good Negotiation skill in all aspects of Client alliance contracts commercial, technical legal obligations.
  • Should be able to Prepare conduct Seminars presentations, Webinars , BD tool kit , campaign material , mailers etc.
    Assess and introduce inbound link building strategies and analyses report on performance metrics. Good time management skills and the ability to multi task while keeping in mind different deadlines.
  • Play hunter role Lead Generation, Customer Nurturing, Client Relationship and Co- ordination with the team to thrive in new business development.
  • Experienced to generate new business with international markets (US)
  • Experienced in executing the outbound campaign and able to refine the given data to improve the quality of it as per the need for the campaign.
  • The ability to think commercially, identify and exploit opportunities and deliver innovative outcomes.
  • Contribute to the expansion of products currently developed by the company and to reach the proper channel for growth.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively, persuade and negotiate at the highest levels with a complex range of stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management at regular intervals.
  • Ensure overall targets are delivered with a sustained sales pipeline for ongoing business development.
